The release for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is only a few days away, have you pre-ordered your copy yet? Have you been searching for the best offer or deal? Are you now confused where to buy your copy?
The deals are starting to crop up making it harder and harder to decide who to go with come release day. I always go with the best deal, usually a place that price matches, but now retailers are including exclusive offers making it very confusing which to choose.
For instance, Best Buy has an exclusive offer when you by any copy of RSV 2, it includes a code for a FREE unlockable Assault Rifle. Not too exciting, but OK.
If you pre-order from Game Stop they include a code to unlock the Comcast Optimized MLG map! WOW, what's up with that? That seems odd to offer a map and the only way to get it is to pre-order RSV 2. So, what about everyone else that doesn't shop at GS or doesn't pre-order it? I personally will never buy from a company (Game Stop) that doesn't price match and that 99% of the time has the highest price out of everyone else. And to top it off, whenever I go into any GS they won't shut up, wanting to sell everything under the sun to me, and not taking "NO" as an answer. I guess I won't be downloading that exclusive map!
Circuit City is offering a free Gamer's Energy Kit and Fuzzy Dice, a $19.99 value. I'm not sure what a Gamer's Energy Kit is but I'm definitely not into Fuzzy Dice.
Then you have Fry's Electronics not offering anything extra except the low low price of only $39.99. Sha-wing!!!
Looks like I will stick with my original plan I posted earlier today and do a PM at Best Buy to the Fry's ad and get it for $37.99, getting the unlockable Assault Rifle as well. Not too bad!
How about you? Hit the Poll on the side bar with your answer.

you are aware gamestops prices are the same as everyone elses, give or take walmarts 7 cents cheaper... and the once a year sale of 39.99 from some random company that not many towns have?
Frye's Electronics? Never heard of them. Almost all stores where I live have the exact same price.
Fry's Electronics is a giant warehouse type of building that is full of only computer and othe consumer electronics items. The one near Chicago is at least three times as big as most Best Buys I have seen. Awsome place if you can get to one.

@dork
I have never paid full price for a game and Fry's has $10 or $20 off on all new releases not just once a year. If not Fry's then Family Video dot com has great deals as well most of the time. But it's not about the price it's about the Exclusive content that others won't get any other way then buying from those offering it.
Don't ever buy anything from Fry's that may require a return or exchange. Their return policy is not good... However, they do offer good deals from time to time.
Target is offering a $10 gift card if Frys is not near you
